Service Description
CHUNKER.CC provides document chunking services for RAG pipelines and vector databases. Documents are split into optimized chunks suitable for embedding and retrieval systems.
Eligibility
- You must have a compatible Solana wallet for paid tiers
- You must have rights to process any documents you upload
- You are responsible for complying with laws in your jurisdiction
Payment Terms
- Payments are made via x402 protocol using USDC on Solana
- Pricing: Free tier (100 pages/day), Structure ($0.002/page), Semantic ($0.004/page), AI ($0.01/page), AI Pro ($0.025/page)
- All payments are final and non-refundable
- Blockchain transaction fees (gas) are your responsibility
Document Processing
- Documents are processed in memory and never stored
- Chunked output is returned directly to you
- No data retention: Files are discarded immediately after processing
- You are responsible for the content of documents you upload
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload documents containing illegal content
- Process documents you don't have rights to
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the service
- Circumvent rate limits or access controls
- Reverse engineer the chunking algorithms
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Specific chunking quality or output format
- Compatibility with all document types
- Availability of third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic)
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:
- Lost data, failed transactions, or wallet errors
- Inaccurate chunking results
- Damages from service interruptions
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your documents and the chunked output
- The CHUNKER.CC service, branding, and code remain our property
- We do not claim any rights to your content
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
